There is dust under the front facing camera, suggesting this is not a new phone, rather refurbished with a replaced screen. It first started off with a few specs of dust, now the entire camera is covered, blury and out of focus. After some googling this looks like the result of a sloppy screen replacment. Meaning it is most likely not water resistant now, and will fail in the near future. Since I'm from canada, it will not be worth it to return.
